takes payments through Paypal, making it quick and easy to buy
with confidence from us - you don't even need a Paypal account!

mail.
Once you have
selected the item or items that you wish to buy click on the
"Add to Basket" button. This will then open a Paypal window, you
will have the option of continuing to shop or going to the
checkout on this page.
When you have
completed you order you will be taken to the Paypal checkout to
fill out your shipping and payment details.
When we have
received your payment we will ship the ordered items to you by
Royal mail First or Recorded delivery (depending on the value of
the products purchased).
A signature will be
required for recorded post so please ensure that there will be someone to accept
delivery.
If you would like to send us a
Cheque or Postal Order, we are more than happy to take your
order by post. Please down load our
Mail Order Form (adobe
acrobat required) and send it with your payment to the address
on the form.
If you would like
any other form of delivery, such as a guaranteed time next day
delivery, a courier service or for international deliveries,
please e-mail us at

there may be an additional cost for this.
If
the item is a gift we can arrange for a hand written gift card
to be enclosed, and the package to be shipped directly to the
recipient if that is preferred. Please e-mail us with any
requests once you have placed your order, and we will do our
best to accommodate you.
International Shipping
- There is an additional
postage charge to cover the cost of postage for International customers.
If you are purchasing from a country other than the UK please
add the appropriate payment to your basket before checking out.

Of course you
can also get more information on the products you are interested
in at any time in the process - for example should you want
further photos, or sizing details of any item.
We are also
happy to help you should you like an item but want it in a
different colour, or like a fabric but want it in a different
collar style - this is where our
commissions service comes in!
